Shipping & Returns

How it works
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email notification confirming we have received it. We aim to process orders within 48 hours. You will be notified when the order is dispatched.

Postal charges
All orders will incur a £5 standard delivery charge to anywhere in the UK, and £8 for express delivery. Charges to Europe are currently £15 and £25 for international delivery.  Please note that once packages are shipped, the shipping is non-refundable.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@longlineathletics.co.uk. We will email you an exchange/returns form and returns address and posting instructions. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free post returns and it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return. Please ensure your items are securely wrapped so no damage can be caused to the item and the exchange form must be enclosed. When sending the parcel back, please make sure you obtain a proof of postage certificate. Please note if the above conditions are not met we are sadly unable to process your return or refund you.

It usually takes between 5-10 working dates from receipt of your returned parcel to process your exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
